Since law school, family law was all I ever wanted to do. Having been through my own divorce, I understand the issues firsthand but can also take the emotion out of it and look logically at the numbers behind the division of assets.
“I forged a path of independence early in life. I left home at 18 to serve in the Air Force and I think one reason I’m skilled at navigating family law and complex agreements is from having to independently figure out my own life.”
Juliana's Background
Juliana West knew from her days in law school that she wanted to practice family law, and she has done just that from the time she passed the bar. She’s represented hundreds of family law clients in the region since 2019, helping with issues of child custody, child and spousal support and divorce, with a particular emphasis on cases where complex business and financial issues are at stake. She understands the numbers behind family law cases and is a problem-solver who can accurately assess and divide complicated business, property and personal assets.
Juliana brings experience to the counsel she provides her family law clients. She is an Air Force veteran who paid her own way through college and law school. Further she worked for the Placer County Office of the Public Defender, Sacramento’s Family Justice Center and McGeorge’s Prisoner’s Civil Rights Clinic.
