MICHELLE’S APPROACH To Family Law

I’m well-versed in all areas of family law, but am especially passionate about children’s issues and most of my practice involves child custody. I serve as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, as well as on the Yolo Court Appointed Special Advocates Advisory Council, advocating for Yolo County’s foster youth

Family law is very emotional. The majority of my clients are experiencing extreme turmoil, while at the same time trying to keep their lives moving forward. I approach clients with empathy and practicality. I assess realistic outcomes, and manage expectations.
