Sacramento’s Federal Bar Association Celebrates 7th Annual “Night to Honor Service”

Hats off to our KRISTIN CAPRITTO, among area attorneys who were recognized Thursday, November 17, 2016 for their contributions to pro bono programs offered by the U.S. District Court–Eastern District of California. Hosted annually by the Sacramento Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, the “Night to Honor Service” reception recognizes those attorneys who have served the Eastern District’s Pro Bono Panel, Voluntary Dispute Resolution Program (VDRP) Panel, and Bankruptcy Pro Se Help Desk, as well as honorees from the U.S. Attorney’s Office and Office of the Federal Defender. Kristin sits on the Pro Bono Panel — comprised of volunteer attorneys available for appointment in prisoner civil rights cases — where she assists prisoners in preparations for settlement conferences and mediations.

A commitment to community runs deep at FPS — our team dedicates significant time to pro bono and charitable work. We are thankful for the opportunity to use our legal knowledge and the justice system to benefit individuals who have nothing to give us but their gratitude.
